What it is

Look at each other and say the shared affirmation:
“Your feelings matter. My job is to listen with my heart.”One person shares; the other mirrors with the sentence starters:
“So you felt ______ when ______ happened?”
“That makes sense. I would feel that way too.”
Then switch roles and repeat.
