Try this simple step:

  • Reach out to one person this week—a friend, family member, co-worker, or someone you’ve lost touch with.

  • Send a text, voice note, or even a simple “Hey, I was thinking about you.”

  • If you’re not sure what to say, just be genuine. “I’m working on being more connected, and I wanted to check in.”

Connection doesn’t have to be big or perfect—it just has to be real.
