Improving attention doesn’t mean doing more—it means doing one thing at a time with intention.
Try this simple exercise:
Choose one daily task (e.g., brushing your teeth, making your bed, eating a snack).
While doing it, put away distractions.
Focus only on that task. Notice how it feels, what your body is doing, what your mind is saying.
Even two minutes of focused attention helps train your brain to be more present and less scattered—and that’s a big win.
