Take a few moments each day to simply notice your thoughts without judging them.
Are they kind? Are they anxious? Are they helpful?
You don’t need to change anything right away—just build the habit of being aware.
Try this:
Set a timer for one minute. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath.
Say to yourself: “I’m noticing my thoughts, not becoming them.”
Over time, this builds emotional awareness and helps you respond instead of react.
